The breakfast was good. I thought it was refilled quickly.
I really think the dryer needs fixing. I put money in, and it did not dry my clothes. i told someone at checkout, but nothing happened, not even a refund.

the check-in process was easy, and the room was recently updated.
My room was on the second floor at the far end of the premises, identified as one of the budget rooms. no assistance was offered, and i found this unacceptable.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a nice hot shower. I was able to easily walk to the historic dockyard and Gunwharf Quays for sightseeing (it's a great area to explore).
The room decor was a bit outdated.

Solid Choice Near the Harbour

discount voucherclean roomcute staffstrange policy
I found parking was available near the hotel. I secured a discount voucher from reception for the dockyard parking opposite the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were cute at all times.
I did notice the hotel is starting to show some age, and an update would make a big difference. The inability to charge purchases to the room seemed strange to me. I hope they update this policy soon.
